Pluckley, Kent, UK
10th - 12th April 2015
England in the Springtime. What could be more lovely. Both Raúl and Nat secretly wish they were farmers. So here's the next best thing.
The Darling Buds of May Farm was made famous by an early 90's British television show by the same name. Check it out, it's awesome.
THEME/DRESSCODE: 1950's British Farm Folk in their Sunday's Best. Take that as you will.

For those of you that don't know, Kent is the motherland for Nat! Pluckley is a beautiful rural village nestled in the heart of the Kentish countryside. Pluckey has a school, post-office, church and a pub and that pretty much it! Country walks are gorgeous but we suggest hiring a car if you plan to explore before/after the wedding. For our overseas guests here’s a few local things you can do whilst you're in town!
-
Dover Castle, Leeds Castle (we have LOADS of castles)
-
Whitstable (nice seaside town)
-
Great Dixter – Kent is famously the called “the garden eden"
-
London! Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliment, Museums are free and I can come up with a fun itin if needed!
-
France or Brussels! You can take the eurostar from Ashford (very close to Pluckley) and go to Paris or Brussels
-
Ferry from Dover to France! Although Calais isn’t that nice you can drive to other nice places
-
Fly to other places for cheap check out easy-jet, Ryanair, Skyscanner

Accommodation
Please go to the accomodation tab to see some of the hotel, B&B and camping options in and around Pluckey.
The Darling Buds of May Farm has limited rooms available which will offer to our wedding party and overseas guests. That said, the farm has acres of beauitiful land, ample toilets, showers for anyone who's is up for camping! We're planning to hire wicked camper who some of your might remember is where we started our journey on a road trip to Rob and Tara's incredible wedding in Scotland!
We're also planning to set up a shuttle service to take for friends staying in local residents so you don't have to worry about driving. More details on that to come.
IMPORTANT: as there are so many options and we're really not sure on numbers we have'nt blocked any rooms at these hotels etc so please get yourselves booked up ASAP. If you book one of the smaller B&B options below let us know so they don't get hundreds of phone calls! Do let us know if you have any issue to need to share with others. You can also holler on Raul + Nat Facebook Group.
